  • Is the room service open 24hours: Our room service is open 24hours however the menu and time may vary, please refer to the in room dining for more details.
  • How do I join The Mayrock Loyalty membership? You can register through our website themayrock.com
  • Can I smoke in my room? All our rooms including the toilets are non-smoking , smoking is allowed only in the designated areas “Outdoors Only”
